Noah Wilson One of those pristine records that sets the bar extremely high from the first song and keeps it there for the duration of the album. Poom create a masterful mix of Swing Out Sister and L'imperatrice while fashioning a universe of sound all their own. 2016 is one of the best albums of 2016. HOUSTON The whole album is sublime from start to finish. Starting with the whimsical "My Licorne and me" and moving into their best known song "Les Voiles" with that catchy bass riff. They slow it down before hitting you with "Qui-es tu", a personal favourite. Just when you think it's all over they bring out the ear-worm-inducing "Illusions"... Nous sommes nos illusions, sommes nos illusions... Honestly one of my favourite albums, period. Favorite track: Qui Es tu ?.
